We provide professional service on foreign education related services. We have specific working center which serves on issues related to all foreign teachers, including to help Educational officials and schools to hire foreign teachers, as well as to manage and support foreign teachers.

POSITION IDENTIFICATION:LANGUAGE EDUCATOR (LEVEL 1 TEACHER)

1.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The ENGLISH Teacher must be able to teach basic English, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills to students in elementary, middle or high schools.
 
The ENGLISH Teacher doesn’t necessarily need teaching experience, although any teaching or mentoring experience is a plus.
 
The ENGLISH Teacher will be teaching basic English skills and lessons to the students. He/She will be expected to follow all educational guidelines set by Navitas and/or its affiliates. On occasion the ENGLISH Teacher will be asked to meet and exceed contracted hours of teaching in order to improve and ensure success of the program. He/She will be compensated for these efforts based on details of contract.
 
2. PERSON SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Qualifications: 
1)Must be Native-Speakers of the English Language (i.e., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).
 
2)Bachelors Degree or higher graduation.
 
3)Strong understanding of English, both written and oral.
 
3. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
1)Teaching all areas of the ENGLISH curriculum, for elementary and middle schools mainly Speaking Class..
 
2)Taking responsibility for the progress of all classes taught.
 
3)Motivating students with enthusiastic and imaginative presentation.
 
4)Maintaining discipline.
 
5)Working with Academic Team Leader and/or Navitas Management.
 
6)Meeting with parents; discussing progress of students, behavior, potential, etc.
 
7)Keeping up to date with any and all changes to curriculum.
 
8)Representing Navitas and the high education expectations by putting forth best efforts
 

POSITION IDENTIFICATION:ACADEMIC EDUCATOR (LEVEL 2 TEACHER)

 
1.POSITION DESCRIPTION:
 
The ACADEMIC ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS Teacher must be proficient and/or exprienced in instructing students in the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) testing.

The ACADEMIC ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS Teacher must be proficient and/or exprienced in instructing students in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listeningcomponents of both testings.
 
The ACADEMIC ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS Teacher will be teaching and tutoring students of the international program that are preparing to take TOEFL or IELTS tests for future acceptance to universities of Native English speaking countries around the world. He/She will be expected to follow all educational guidelines set by Navitas and/or its affliates. On occaision the ACADEMIC ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS Teacher will be asked to meet and exceed contracted hours of teaching in order to improve and ensure success of the program. He/Shewill be compensated for these efforts based on details of contract.
 
2. PERSON SPECIFICATION
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
 
Qualifications : 
1)Must be Native-Speakers of the English Language (i.e., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand).
 
2)Bachelors Degree or higher with at least two years of working experience after graduation.
 
3)Experienced in ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS education or training. Can prove proficiency or past educational or work
experience.
 
4)Must have teaching experience (2-3 years preferred) before consideration for this position, but candidates will be evaulated on an individual basis.
 
5)Current ESL teacher employees that choose to apply will be evaluated on an individual basis and must meet the above requirements, or has shown/demonstrated the skills and aptitude during said employment to be considered for the ENGLISH and TOEFL/IELTS Teacher position, and under the descretion of Navitas.
